01 · About
Mueller Investment is the private office of Vincent Müller: founder of HYGH AG, Germany’s third-largest digital out-of-home company, of MED1, Levex, GlacierPay and Xtalent Group, and co-founder of a string of ventures that stay off the record. Ad-tech, med-tech, fintech, banking: he has built in all of them, including a full banking platform he coded himself, and served on the Forbes Business Council. A Swiss army knife, with startup culture instead of banker culture.

I’m a builder at heart. The engagements that matter most don’t end with a strategy paper. They end with a company. Founders bring ideas here because they get built; investors join because when I build, I build properly, and my own money goes in first.
Banking, structure, crypto, people, growth: bring it as it is. No decks needed, no preparation. A direct conversation, founder to founder.
If I can’t help, you hear it in the first conversation and pay nothing. If I can, you get a clear plan: what gets done, who does it, what it costs.
I work the problem myself and activate the network: providers, banks, lawyers, operators, the right hire. Hands-on and reachable, until it’s solved.
Most clients keep the line open afterwards: new problems, intros, deals, pitches. That’s how most long-term relationships here started.
05 · Advisory
Not a consultancy. One very well-connected operator. Banking, structure, crypto, people: bring the problem, and if I can’t help, you don’t pay.
Accounts, rails and providers for any business, including the ones banks turn away. Debanked? That’s a Tuesday. I’ve built the platforms myself and know who says yes.
Get banked →Corporate and tax structures that hold up, designed with your advisors. I’m not a tax advisor; I’ve built these structures for my own companies, across jurisdictions.
Structure it right →OTC, custody, treasury, MiCAR licensing. Advice from someone who runs an institutional desk and is building a regulated bank, not from a slide deck.
Talk crypto →The right operator, lawyer, provider or hire for your problem, placed from a network built across a dozen industries. The right person is usually one call away.

The simplest guarantee in consulting, and I mean it.
Startup culture, direct answers, no corporate theater.
I’m a workaholic. Things get done, or I say so early.
I’ve signed the same personal guarantees you have.
Whatever you’re missing, someone I trust has it.
Most of my work is under NDA. Yours would be too.
“We were debanked on a Friday. Two weeks later we had better accounts and a cleaner setup than before. Vincent knows everyone, everyone takes his call, and he does not stop until it works.”
07 · FAQ
Very likely. It’s one of the most common reasons people call. High-risk industries, crypto exposure, debanking emergencies: I know the rails, the providers and the people who actually say yes. I’ve built banking platforms myself, so I know what the other side needs to see.
No, and I won’t pretend to be. I design structures that work, from experience across my own companies and jurisdictions, then execute them together with your tax advisors and lawyers, or with the right ones from my network.
Always. I like meeting new people and hearing what they’re building, so pitch me. If I invest, you get a founder on your cap table. If I don’t, I’ll tell you straight away and often help you anyway: sharpening the story, opening doors, connecting you to investors who fit.
Not in a fund. Mueller Investment manages my own capital only. But co-investors regularly join the ventures I build and the rounds I lead, on the same terms as my own money. If that interests you, start a conversation.
Agreed up front, fixed or success-based, depending on the problem. And one rule without exceptions: if I can’t help you, you don’t pay.
Founders and operating companies with a hard problem: banking, structure, licensing, growth, people. Also investors looking for deal flow, and companies nobody else will touch. If it’s interesting, I’m interested.
Dubai and Cyprus, working worldwide. Meetings in person or by video, at your preference.
Bring a problem, bring an idea, or bring capital. A direct conversation about whether I can help. No decks, no pressure. And if I can’t help, it costs you nothing.
